Shelf-Life & Storage: It is the customer's absolute responsibility to follow storage instructions outlined on the product packaging (e.g., immediate refrigeration). We are not liable for product degradation due to improper storage post-delivery.

Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and appearances of our products accurately. However, as our sweets are artisanal and handcrafted, minor variations in shape, size, and appearance may occur.

Stock Constraints: All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of stock unavailability after an order is placed, we reserve the right to contact you to offer an alternative item or issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

3. Pricing and Payments

Currency and Taxes: All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
